Hey Everyone,
Lance got some really great news this evening. He has been accepted to the ridiculously prestigious Columbia University graduate program for International Relations in New York City!!!
Even better, they are accepting what the Army is willing to give them in lieu of their normal tuition rate. We couldn't be happier or sleepier because it is 4 am and we just finished packing for tomorrow's trip to Ethiopia.
So this is really nice for Lance while being a touch bittersweet. It would have been great to go back to California and spend time with our good friends out there but this is the right decision. We'll get back to Cali someday.
In the meanwhile, New Jersey/Pennsylvania and Connecticut people... see you in the Fall!!!!
Oh yeah. GO JETS!!!!!! and GO ARMY TOO!!! We are going to need a special budget for football tickets!

Does that mean we get to keep Bogie or will there be visitation rights? Oh, you can add FL to your visit list too if you want. Your families still like seeing you too!
